Dr Charlene Ward completed her doctorate in medicine in 2014 at the University of Sherbrooke (Moncton Campus, as well as her family medicine residency in Moncton. Aside from working with the Hair Loss Solutions team, she now practices full time in the emergency department of Stella-Maris Hospital in Kent. She has done her hair transplant preceptorship with Dr. Fisher, Nashville.

She cares for all her patients and has a beautiful baby daughter.

Maryam is a passionate hair transplantation technician with over 17 years of experience in three different countries. She has participated in more than 4000 operations for hair, eyebrow, and beard transplantation using Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE), Follicular Unit Transplant (FUT), and robotic methods, including Neograft and ARTAS. She works as a fly-in and fly-out technician in different clinics across Canada and is always up to date with state-of-the-art techniques in hair transplantation. She is excited to bring her skills and experiences to serve and support patients.

Lorraine Cormier has been working with us as a technician since we opened 6 years ago. Because of her passion and precision in her own business, working with us was something she knew she would love; being part of our growing team.

She became a medical esthetician 18 years ago, then broadened her knowledge into the semi-permanent makeup industry, which included eyebrows, lips, eyeliner, and SMP (scalp micropigmentation). She had been doing scalp micropigmentation for 7 years. She has traveled the world and trained with some of the leading experts in her field.

She says, “our industry evolves constantly; education is a must. There is no age for our brains to stop learning… especially when you are able to change people’s lives.”

Renelle is passionate about hair and helping people feel better about their appearance. She is the director of patient education and coordinator procedures. Her role is to answer all of your questions and to help you make the right decisions for you. Renelle is committed to giving you a great experience and that all your needs are met.
